Because our services provide instant digital access, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any subscription or booking.
Specialists who join our platform do so on a month-to-month or annual subscription basis.
No contracts or term minimums apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Once a payment is processed, access to your listing or membership remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Cancellation stops future payments, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
All session payments are processed directly through Stripe at the time of booking.
Because the platform facilitates direct connections between families and independent specialists, session fees are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact the specialist directly using the details provided on your booking confirmation.
All digital content— such as webinars, certifications, and community memberships— is non-returnable. Once purchased, you receive immediate access.
We do not issue refunds or credits for missed live events or unused time within a community or course.
Access remains available for the period specified at the time of purchase.
In rare cases, we may cancel or suspend access due to policy violations or system maintenance. In such cases, affected users will be notified promptly.
